  • Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms (if applicable).

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We take all reasonable care in handling e-waste; however, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the disposal of items.
  • We do not guarantee the recovery of materials or financial compensation for e-waste provided.
  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian law.
